1.5 Hour - Breathwork Therapy

In this offering, Lauren will guide you through a sequence of breathing patterns to open up your respiratory channels and let the medicine of your breath work through your body. Each breathing sequence will be personally considered for your needs and will support you to access a deep and healing yogic sleep.

The process and experience of each practice will be different every single time.

Our breath bridges the gap between our body, mind, and consciousness. When we breathe in a rhythmic and connected way, we enter into an altered state of being that opens up space for what’s been stored in the body to release. And although breathwork can help us to feel and process pain, it can also bring us to states of peace, euphoria, bliss, and transformation. Through breathing, we can tap into deeper intuition, a sense of freedom and unconditional love, guidance and inner knowing, and a remembrance about who we truly are. This work also allows the body and nervous system to unwind from its conditioning. Deep, rhythmic, and proportional breathing activates our parasympathetic nervous system, which supports the body’s innate healing ability and allows our systems to function harmoniously.

Tending to your breath is such a powerful tool. When the quality of your breathing is shallow, not only is it limiting oxygen needed for your body’s optimal function, but it is also restricting the flow of your vital life force energy. When we breathe better, we feel better. Therapeutic breathwork is an offering created for you to improve the quality of your breathing and remember the importance of the force that keeps you alive and well.
