Reiki energy work is a non-invasive approach to energetic clearing that is effective in promoting overall wellness, harmony, & balance. Expect to arrive in a safe and laid back environment where we will take some time to discuss your current experience & create an intentional approach to your treatment. Once you get comfortable, Lauren take a few moments to offer guidance to support your body to relax into a state of deep rest before beginning the reiki.

In this offering, Lauren will guide you through a sequence of breathing patterns to open up your respiratory channels and let the medicine of your breath work through your body. Each breathing sequence will be personally considered for your needs and will support you to access a deep and healing yogic sleep.

The process and experience of each practice will be different every single time.

Our breath bridges the gap between our body, mind, and consciousness. When we breathe in a rhythmic and connected way, we enter into an altered state of being that opens up space for what’s been stored in the body to release. And although breathwork can help us to feel and process pain, it can also bring us to states of peace, euphoria, bliss, and transformation. Through breathing, we can tap into deeper intuition, a sense of freedom and unconditional love, guidance and inner knowing, and a remembrance about who we truly are. This work also allows the body and nervous system to unwind from its conditioning. Deep, rhythmic, and proportional breathing activates our parasympathetic nervous system, which supports the body’s innate healing ability and allows our systems to function harmoniously.

2 Hour - Whole (Massage & Reiki)

An intentional blend of massage therapy & reiki energy healing. This offering is very close to my heart as I have seen how effective these sessions can be. Beginning with relaxation focused bodywork and massage, the intention is to break up physical tension & prepare the body for deep rest. In working through physical tension, we also break through energetic tension, allowing that which comes to the surface to be more open & able to be cleared. Following the massage, we shift into a short breath work practice & body scan to land fully in rest, ready for energetic healing through reiki.
