Lauren is a light hearted human with a love of creating safe spaces that empower others to feel more at home in their bodies. Passionate about sharing the medicinal modalities of yoga and breath to connect others to the wisdom of their unique truths. Her guidance invites others into a sense of deep acceptance of their humanness so they may embrace who they are each and every day.
